Pogoda na Safari zoo
Safari Zoo in Mallorca
Safari Zoo in Mallorca is a great attraction for families with children, where you can spend a day full of fun. The zoo is divided into two parts, each of which offers something special. The first part is the Safari, which can be visited comfortably by train or your own car, which adds adventure and allows you to admire the animals up close. The second part is the classic enclosures, where you can walk and meet the zoo inhabitants. There is also a cozy restaurant and a playground for children – perfect for relaxing after an intensive visit.
Safari Zoo in Mallorca – how to get there?
The stops are located in the central parts of the city, on the promenades and main streets. The choo-choo/coach runs several times a day and is completely free. Although the facility is not the largest or most modern, it has its own unique charm and can be a nice change of holiday, especially for families with children. You can get there in your own car or use the tourist train. It is worth remembering, however, that the train has no windows, so animals such as monkeys can come very close and even enter the interior. If you decide to travel by car, remember to never get out of the car or open the windows so as not to get close to wild animals.
What is a Safari Zoo tour like in Mallorca?
During the ride, the cable car driver will slow down or stop at various points so that you can take pictures and enjoy the views. One of the attractions is feeding giraffes – an unforgettable experience! In addition to the safari, Safari Zoo also offers animal enclosures where you can meet elephants, lions, tigers, parrots and goats. There is also a restaurant on site, where you can relax after sightseeing. Although it is not the largest zoo I have been to, it has its own unique charm. Not every zoo offers the opportunity to feed giraffes or observe wild animals literally two meters away from each other. The adorable goats I visited recently had little kids that you could pick up and feed – some of them fell asleep in my arms after a while. I have also heard that parrots can talk, so maybe you will be able to strike up a short conversation with these colorful birds!
Mallorca Zoo Safari Offer
The restaurant offers snacks and hot and cold drinks. It’s nothing special, but it’s a great place to cool off in the summer. Safari Zoo has a car park, of course. It’s hard to miss the exit, so don’t stress out! Here’s a link to the zoo’s website: https://www.safari-zoo.com/mallorca/?lang=en.

In summer the Zoo is open daily from 9:30 to 18:30, and in winter from 10:00 to 16:00! Adults pay 19 euros for entry, and children (up to 12) 12 euros! I also invite you to watch a video that Piotrek created in 2004, when he worked at Safari Zoo!
