Cala Llombards bay, Majorca.

Cala Llombards bay is one of Majorca’s most sought after bays. The bay is located on the southern part of the island, in one of the most beautiful municipalities in Majorca, that is Santanyi. Like most bays in the south of Majorca, Cala Llombards is narrow and surrounded by cliffs covered with pine trees.

Cala Llombards is also characterized by fishermen’s houses located on its left side. On the right side of the bay there are rocks from which you can jump into the water. There are also ladders attached. The view overlooks the characteristic natural bridge and Es Pontas viewpoint. The bay is adapted for families with children.

Cala Llombards beach is a sandy one.

There is also a bar, rescue booth, toilets, showers and parking. You can do many water sports or go diving. Thanks to the rocks around, there are many fish here. In summer, the beach is quite crowded. Getting to the beach is not the easiest. When using google maps, enter “Cala Llombards” to check where the red pin is marked. Often the place names are called the same as the names of the bays, which is misleading google maps. When you get to the town, follow the words “playa” or “platja” on the walls of buildings or signs! The road to Cala Llombards leads down slightly winding roads.
