Pogoda na la Font de la Cala

Sa Font de Sa Cala in Mallorca – a charming cove on the north-eastern coast

Sa Font de Sa Cala in Mallorca is a small but exceptionally picturesque beach on the north-eastern coast of the island. It is a place that captivates with its natural beauty, peace and intimate atmosphere. I discovered it by accident, many years ago, when I missed the bus to Cala Mesquida. As it turned out, it was a lucky twist of fate, because this cove turned out to be one of my favourite places on the island, and it also hides a beautiful unnamed cove (seriously!) next to it – here is the location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/7KgivrZxNhk9A2Gn6 – Be sure to take a walk here!

Everything you need to know about the beach

The beach is surrounded by medium-sized cliffs and greenery, which adds to its charm. The crystal clear water encourages swimming and snorkeling, and on the shore you can find the perfect place to relax. Sa Font de Sa Cala beach is relatively small, which gives it an intimate character, while at the same time offering all the necessary amenities. There are toilets, showers, water equipment rental and a bar with a wide range of food and drinks. A lifeguard watches over the safety of tourists, and the beach itself has a prestigious blue flag, which confirms its high quality and cleanliness. There is also a bar on the beach.
