Mallorca Car Rental – With offUgo, everything happens through the website. It’s an easy way to book, land, find and open your car automatically from your phone.

Here you have the steps to become part of the offUgo family:

1. Book your vehicle: choose your dates, location, type of car and, if necessary, some of our extras (child’s chair, booster, fridge or umbrella).

2. Register: register with your name, address and e-mail. You will need to send a photo of your driving licence and a currently valid identity document (passport or ID card).

3. Payment: go to payment to confirm your booking 100%. Remember that you have the possibility to cancel free of charge up to 24H before the start of the booking.

4. Account validation: you will need to check that all your contact details are correct and that the photos you have uploaded are verified.

5. Welcome to offUgo: once your account has been approved, you will be able to log in whenever you want to check all your bookings and change them if necessary.

6. Prepare your arrival: a few days before your booking starts, we will send you a link with instructions on where your car will be parked and how you can open it.
