Cala Domingos in Mallorca

Cala Domingos in Mallorca is very famous among the Poles beach on the island. It is in this area (Cales de Mallorca) are the most popular hotels selected by the Poles. The area itself is very touristy, so it is worth noting that in summer on the beach is really a lot of people. On Cala Domingos there are showers, toilets, sunbed rental service and of course the help of lifeguards. Parking is located above the beach by the estate. The descent to the beach is simple – there are stairs leading to it. There is a restaurant and a store by the bay.

Cala Domingos beach itself is sandy and medium-sized, surrounded by medium-sized cliffs. It is very easy to get from Cala Domingos to a slightly smaller bay nearby – Cala Domingos Petits. If you are interested in longer walks, I highly recommend you to follow the promenade through the cliffs up to Cala Antena. The views are beautiful and the promenade is in great condition. Color of the water is a beautiful turquoise and the beach itself is an ideal place for families with children and lovers of jumping into the water from rocks or diving with a mask. The area around Cala Domingos in Mallorca is very peaceful and relaxing.

What to do around Cala Domingos in Mallorca?

In addition to these activities, there are plenty of restaurants, bars with music and attractions for children. Here you can rent bicycles, buggies or cars and stock up on the most important products and souvenirs. If you decide to explore the area by bus, I highly recommend a trip to Porto Cristo and the Cuevas del Drach caves or a little further to the beautiful beach of Sa Coma and the bay of Cala Morlanda.

If you decide to rent a car, I highly recommend visiting places such as Son Servera, Felanitx, Santanyi and bays in Cala d’Or or near Cala Ratjada. A great idea is also to buy a ticket for a catamaran cruise on the east coast of Majorca. Tickets can be purchased at local tourist agencies or at the port on the beach.

I am very interested in your opinion about Cala Domingos. Do you recommend this beach to others or rather do you advise against visiting it? I definitely recommend it because the views are great – especially from the cliffs! I look forward to your comments 🙂
