Camp de Mar in Majorca.
Camp de Mar in Majorca is a very small tourist town in the south west of the island. There are quite a few hotels, restaurants and roadside souvenir and clothing shops. As this is the western part of the coast, you can expect high prices here. The town is famous for one unique restaurant – Restaurante Illeta.

Restaurante Illeta is a restaurant located on an islet. To reach it you have to take a short walk from the beach. Products are brought here by boat from the harbour. The cuisine is Mediterranean and tasty, and the prices are very good for such a place. The service is on a very good level and the place has its own unique atmosphere. It was because of this restaurant that I decided to go to this place for the first time. I have not regretted it.

Camp de Mar is a small coastal town.
The beach here is sandy and quite wide and long. In my opinion, sufficient for Majorcan realities. There are beautiful sunsets here – as befits the west. On the left side of the beach there is an alcove of rocks, where people who like to be away from the crowds definitely go. There are sun loungers on the beach. You can rent water sports equipment and there is a lifeguard to keep order.
If you follow the promenade to the right of the beach, you will reach small, rocky beaches, where, as usual, you will find locals. The locals are not fond of normal beaches and definitely hide from the tourists, and the only way out is simply to go to such places as the rocky beaches, which for most tourists are simply uncomfortable. Spaniards also love to go rock climbing and snorkeling, and rocks are always a good place to swim with a mask!
It is here that you are bound to notice the concrete harbors that you have seen on many postcards or pictures on the internet.
I myself was not sure until recently where these photos were taken, but this place has clearly dispelled my doubts. These concrete harbors are another place where mostly young Spaniards crash. What I really like about Camp de Mar is also the beautiful view of the mountains. They are massive, and some villas built on them are definitely eye-catching. There is no denying that the dozens of catamarans, yachts and sailing boats are also very impressive and add to the unique atmosphere of this place. This small town attracts the attention of many rich personalities and celebrities. Many of them have their villas here.
